Invocation Priority¶
Priority: ADVISORY (not blocking)
When to invoke:
- User has architectural questions
- Claude Code detects architectural anti-patterns
- Before major structural changes
- When explaining "why" behind policies
When NOT to invoke:
- Simple syntax questions
- Policy violations (use policy-enforcer instead)
- Pre-commit validation (use pre-commit-guardian)
- Testing validation (use testing-validator)

- Stable layers should only change during bulk updates

Recommendation: Add to os/build_files/15-packages-os-extras.sh to avoid
invalidating shared cache layers.

3. Verify: cat ~/.config/containers/systemd/config.toml
Why: Config changes must be reproducible across systems.
Direct edits are lost when commands re-run.
